  • Technical server data, collected automatically by our hosting provider, SiteGround, as a standard part of operating and securing the Site. This includes information such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, used only for server security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. This data is processed on SiteGround’s servers, which may be located in the United States or other regions depending on hosting configuration.
  • Prospecting data, through our marketing agent Sopro, described further below. This may include business contact information such as name, job title, company, and business contact details, sourced and processed on our behalf for outbound marketing purposes, and may also involve tracking visitor activity on this Site to identify prospects and inform outreach.

Sopro

We work with Prospect Global Ltd (trading as Sopro), Reg. UK Co. 09648733, as a marketing agent to identify and contact potential business prospects on our behalf. Sopro sources business contact data (such as name, job title, company name, and business email address) from public and commercial sources, and may use website visitor tracking to identify visiting organizations and inform outreach timing. Any data Sopro provides to us as a result of this service is retained by indigoOne for our own marketing and sales purposes. You can contact Sopro and view their privacy policy at http://sopro.io. Sopro is registered with the ICO, Reg: ZA346877, and their Data Protection Officer can be emailed at dpo@sopro.io.
